It’s DeeDee Trotter, Olympic gold and bronze medalist, and TrueSport Athlete Ambassador. I just wanted to let you guys know what I do in my off season. Track and field has one of the longest seasons of most sports, and we go literally from October all the way into the end of August. So, when I get my time off, I don’t do a lot of running. But I do stay active. So, for example, Chloe.
Chloe keeps me very active, she’s a little camera shy, but she keeps me so active, we go out, we take walks, we have fun, and in addition to doing fun stuff with Chloe, I go out and I hit all the fun things like swimming, I go play basketball sometimes, I like to go and just keep myself on the go. I am just never in the house, you got to stay active, you guys, you got to keep moving.
So, when track’s over for me, I may not run a lot, but I’m definitely on the go.
