I’m a swimmer and I need to stay hydrated. The first thing I do when I get to the pool is fill up my water bottle. During intense practices, I can drink up to three bottles in one practice. Believe it or not, even though I’m in the water, I’m still sweating, which means I need to continue hydrating.
Here are some tips for staying hydrated. Don’t wait until you’re thirsty. Water is the best source, but add sports drinks if you need to. I know you have TrueSport water bottles, so make sure you’re drinking fluids at practice and during the day. TrueSport athletes take their hydration very seriously. Make sure that you drink the right fluids at the right time. Hydrate for peak performance.
