Hey, TrueSport athletes. As you may know, eating the right food plays a huge part in the muscle recovery process. You should eat a high protein snack within 30 minutes after exercise, such as yogurt, cheese, and granola bars. To continue muscle recovery, about one to two hours later, you should eat a high carb, moderate protein meal, like pasta, rice, breads, milk, yogurt, fruits, and veggies. Thanks for watching.
