Hey, TrueSport athletes. As you can see, I don’t go anywhere without my TrueSport water bottle. When you work out, you sweat and lose fluids. If you don’t drink water to replace the fluids lost, you can become dehydrated. On an average day I drink at least a glass of water eight times a day, but when I’m active, I make sure that I take a break every 20 minutes to drink a cup of water.
