What People Are Saying
It was packed with research-based information. The speakers and panels were excellent. Everyone here approached this with openness and honesty. It gives me hope!
Each year the newness of information and different perspectives are creating a complete foundation for navigating Mental Wellness with my athletes.
It went above and beyond. I wish I would have known about this when it began five years ago and could have been attending since then. This is EXACTLY the kind of thing I want to be a part of creating and sharing with the world. It’s so important to cover so many different perspectives when addressing and resourcing mental well-being, and I feel the wealth of knowledge and experience was very apparent and multifaceted.
This event and yearly check-in has been the re-focus and reminder that I look forward to every year. This event was especially helpful as I am trying to help guide our TrueSport club of 45 high school students to make a commitment to upholding the culture of our school. In a world of technology and devices, it is easy to forget how to show others they are important and make connections. We want to do that, and this event helped me re-focus on those goals for our team.
